There are a lot resources - books, videos, and courses available that gives us a glimpse of reality to open our minds, but there aren't any practice guides or information that gives you work you need do actually "do the job."

I've had this objective in mind for years - provide information to help people actually do a task. No long videos or context of stories that talk around the topics.

I care only about delivering results and enjoy sharing knowledge to help improve the way of working. My way of making a difference outside of my work is by helping others see and learn a better way of getting things done.

Rather than giving too much details that won't help you, I'll brief state that my background is in  Business Analysis and PMI Certified Project Management Profession. I am good at identifying and defining problems, size the impacts, find and execute what's needed to solve problems.  I do what's practical and necessary by being prepared and being lean (do more with less). If you don't work at company that throws more body at something or hire the right skill of people, you only have yourself and maybe a very close team to depend on, it pushes you find a better way - the way of working to get things done.
